Let me start by saying that I really love each of these 3 giveaway items. I personally own a KitchenAid Stand Mixer (same color too), the Ice Cream Maker Attachment and The Perfect Scoop. The stand mixer makes preparing baked goods (cookies, cake, scones, muffins, meringues) so incredibly easy that I find myself making them more often. Once I purchased the Ice Cream Maker Attachment, I found the same trend happening with cold desserts. When you have the right equipment, the process of cooking or baking can become a much easier and more pleasant experience. You might even find yourself tackling more challenging recipes!
The Perfect Scoop by David Lebovitz is a must-have for anyone interested in making ice cream or other frozen desserts. I’ve purchased a number of ice cream-centric books over the years, and The Perfect Scoop is still my favorite.
