The Patio's Plumosa

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. mezcal (tequila would work here too)
  • 1 oz. ginger syrup
  • 1 oz. freshly squeezes grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz. Dolin Blanc
  • 1/2 oz. Campari
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • Soda water

Orange slice, to garnish

    Instructions

    • Add all ingredients except for the soda water to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a wine glass. Top off with soda water. Garnish with an orange slice.
