Raspberry Pimm's Cup Recipe

  • 2 slices English cucumber
  • 3 raspberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 ounces Pimm's No. 1 liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce Tropicana Premium Raspberry Lemonade
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Ginger beer, to top (about 1 1/2 to 2 ounces)

Garnishes: thyme, rosemary and mint sprigs


  1. Place cucumber slices, raspberries and sugar in a cocktail shaker, and muddle (gently smash) to release juices. Add Pimm's, raspberry lemonade, lemon juice and ice. Cap and shake until well-chilled. Double strain into an ice filled glass. Top off with ginger beer, stirring gently to combine. Flavors should be fresh and bright.
  2. To finish, garnish the drink with sprigs of thyme, rosemary and mint.
