Ingredients

mezcal (tequila would work here too)

oz.
ginger syrup

oz.
freshly squeezes grapefruit juice
1
oz.
Dolin Blanc
1/2
oz.
Campari
1/2
oz.
lemon juice
Soda water
Orange slice, to garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients except for the soda water to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a wine glass. Top off with soda water. Garnish with an orange slice.
