Pesto Aioli Recipe

  • 1 cup store-bought mayonnaise*
  • 3 tablespoons prepared pesto (or homemade!), plus more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • Kosher salt


  1. Add mayo, pesto, lemon juice and garlic to a medium bowl, whisking to combine. Season to taste with salt and more pesto if needed. Store aioli in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
