On April 29 at 12noon, I’ll be doing a live, peanut butter-themed cooking demo at the Macy’s School of Cooking located at Westfield Mission Valley! Here’s what I’ll be making:
- Bourbon Peanut Butter Pie
- Peanut Butter Stuffed French Toast
- Shrimp Lettuce Cups with Spicy Peanut Sauce
I’ll be preparing each of these recipes from start to finish, and at the end, you’ll get to enjoy yummy samples!
